We use a variety of different cameras depending on our client’s request and budget. We have everything from GoPros to iPhones and High End Video Cameras Like Sony or Black Magic
The short answer is no. We offer a turnkey service so our clients don’t have to worry about designating an operator, learning the platform, or worrying about if the camera battery is going to die during the broadcast. We leave them to focus on what they need to do and let us worry about all the technical stuff.
While this does help us keep your cost down you are NOT required to have internet at your location. We can utilize different technologies to get stable internet to your location suitable for broadcasting. The speeds that are required would be dependent upon what quality stream you need, which of course effects the price of your package.
Our platform is supported on all major desktop/laptop browsers including Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer and Firefox.
Video will be posted to the online stream with only 10 second delay. The client gallery and video edits are delivered within 90 days from the date of your wedding. Obviously, we will always try to do it before that time frame, but we will never forgo the quality of your footage just to deliver quicker.
We utilize a content delivery network that ensures all viewers can view your live stream with minimal delay and the highest possible quality.
For most viewers a download speed of 5 Mbps should be sufficient enough for an HD stream. If their connection is slower than that then they will need to choose a lower quality stream to ensure a proper viewing experience.
Yes, after your wedding is complete you will receive a highlight video of your ceremony as well as a complete video upload of your wedding.
Yes! Our platform allows us to use a variety of different cameras to broadcast. As long as your videographer has any of our compatible cameras then we can work with them to broadcast your ceremony and or wedding.
Yes! A lot of venues actually require vendors to have Liability Insurance.We can provide your venue with a Certificate of Insurance. Capture Your Events, LLC is a fully licensed and insured business.
A 50% non-refundable retainer fee and signed contract is required to book your date. Thirty days prior to your wedding the remainder of the balance is due.
