FIRST You Choose your Setup and Customization:
- In a ‘physical setup’: The Photo Mosaic Wall automatically prints photos as stickers. Guests engage by placing their photo stickers on the mosaic wall.
- In a ‘digital setup’: The mosaic generation process is either projected or displayed on a large-screen TV. The photos transition into their place on the mosaic in real-time with a 3D effect.
- You can determine what the final mosaic composite will look like (popular choices are a logo, event related graphic, etc.)
- The Mosaic Wall’s overall footprint will depend on the size of the Mosaic you choose. Popular options are 50″ x 50″ or 9′ wide x 6′ tall. this is set next to the printing and digital display station.
- The Photo Mosaic Wall is capable of fetching live event photos from a variety of sources that you select and can be used simultaneously.

Our team of roving photographers capture the moments Live as they happen.
Photo Booth:
Take a photo in our Photo Booth we print a copy for the guest which also instantly is added to the Mosaic.
TWITTER HASHTAG
Pick a fun hashtag for the event and advertise it around the venue. Guests can then take a selfie, tag it, ‘tweet’ it and have it automatically fetched by the Photo Mosaic Wall.
INSTAGRAM ACCOUNT + HASHTAG
You can use your company’s Instagram account to take photos of the activity, tag these photos with a unique hashtag and have them fetched automatically by the Photo Mosaic Wall.
NEXT- Invite guests to participate and CAPTURE THIER IMAGINATION, create an engaging work of art – live and in real-time:
- Guests or photographers snap pictures -this can be done either with mobile devices or at a photo station.

They can then either text it to a number that initiates a 2in by 2in photo to be printed or our photo station will through hastags or drop folders begin the printing.
- Each print has coordinates that correspond to an exact location on the wall and guests and attendants use this to place their print.
- As more guests place their pictures on the wall, the picture becomes clearer until it is finally whole, the Mystery Revealed.

How much does it cost to have A Mosaic Wall at my event?
We book Mosaic events by the Size of the wall, we also factor in the package customizations such a roaming photographers and Photo Booths as well as the desired projected Completion Time tis can range from a minimum of two/three hours of service to multi-day events. What can you customize?
We can customize every aspect of your Mosaic. Starting with the Final Image and its size, to the medium that we capture the images through, the digital experience vs physical, the level of guest participation required, and pretty much anything else you can dream up.
What if My Mosaic isn’t filled in time or is filled too quickly?
Our softwares’ proprietary algorithm projects a plan for timing strategically holds or repulse photos as needed to always complete the mosaic to the desired timeline.
Can you share the images instantly on social media?
Definitely! Our social sharing feature is perfect for lead generation at marketing events. We set up sharing and capture emails and after the event you will receive a digital copy of your Mosaic for sharing and reproduction.
